Starting with your picture; try to find distinct pictures with spacing between people. This helps the process. Also side views present much better and can distinctly identify people

Here you can see that we moved some things around. We moved the two kids from the lower section to the same plane as the others. We were also able to fill in the blanks to make it look seamless

We meticulously cut, form and polish each ornament here at our shop. We don't send these out for cutting or order from a job shop. These are true crafts.

Most metals will tarnish and the oils from your hands can make that happen very quickly. All is not lost... simply use a buffing cloth and some metal polishing paste to get that shine back. It only takes a few minutes

Scratches are inevitable and luckily they can be removed. Since these are solid materials you can sand the surface of the material with a fine grit sandpaper until the scratch is removed. We typically start with a 300 grit and move all the way down to a 550 grit and a fine polish. That will remove most if not all scratches.
